Exterior Limestone

This home received extensive exterior limestone treatments including balustrades on the front courtyard and front balcony, rear patio columns grouped in triplicates, custom designed entry, window sills and surrounds, three arched recessed windows at the front and archway trims at rear and side patios. The Broadmoor Resort Community was developed on the site of the former Broadmoor Hotel Ski Area. One of the main slopes is still prominent as an undeveloped parcel in the community.
