Exterior Plaster

The Jason Street Townhomes project is a 4-unit residential development in the historic Lower Highlands district of Denver completed in 2017. Our white Venetian plaster features prominently on the exterior. A mix of textured finish at the base and smooth finish on the higher levels creates a subtle floor distinction and complements the contrasting wood and steel architectural elements of the building.
